Breakfast at Epcot's Garden Grill

I hope you guys are hungry, because I'm taking you out to breakfast!

Today's post is all about breakfast at the Garden Grill at Epcot.

I see a mouse in the house!

Mickey Mouse AND Mickey Waffles! Breakfast is served family style, and your server will bring you out more of anything you ask for.  The skillet had mickey waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, and "hash brown style potato barrels." LOL, nice try Disney, they were just ordinary tater tots, like what you'd get from the freezer section of the grocery story. There was also fresh fruit and a very nice cinnamon roll which you'll see in the video! The food was good, but apart from the Mickey Waffles and the cinnamon roll, it wasn't really anything to write home about.

The character interactions, however, were some of the best we've ever experienced! Chip, Dale, Pluto, and Mickey came around and were so much fun. Sometime characters just wave at your table, snap a few pics, and move along, but these guys took their time, tried to engage with each person at the table - we even got to see a few of them twice!

The atmosphere of the Garden Grill is so unique - I love how the restaurant is slowly rotating (it's such a gentle motion you almost don't notice it - I didn't have any problem with motion sickness, which I sometimes do on rides). It's so cool to get a different view of the scenes from the Living with the Land ride. You can look in the upper windows of the farmhouse!
