Mini FROZEN CUPCAKES at Kringla Bakeri og Cafe

Today, my friends, we are going to talk about DISNEY WORLD CUPCAKES.

I know. It's been far too long. 😉

Although I kinda feel as if the true hey dey of Disney cupcakes is past - especially now that Starring Rolls has closed (although I should say you can still get some of the classic Starring Rolls cupcakes at the Starbucks) - there are still some incredible cupcakes to be had, and occasionally new stunning cupcake treats pop up...

Like these little beauties! You'll find these mini Frozen-themed cupcakes at the amazing Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe in the Norway pavilion at Epcot. At $7.50 they are pricier than a single cupcake, but you do get four different flavors. They'd be perfect for sharing if they weren't so delicious you want to eat them all yourself...

I thought the troll was the cutest and the tastiest! Chocolate with oreo cream icing. YUMMM. You also had strawberry icing on a chocolate cupcake, then the melting olaf and blue snowflake swirl icing cupcakes were both vanilla. None of these had filling.

These cupcakes didn't seem to be literally *frozen* (LOL), but when I asked for an order of Frozen cupcakes, a cast member did go into the back to get a plastic container of them out of the fridge. It was actually lovely they were cold in that Florida heat, they were tastier and didn't melt as fast!

And now I will eat you. 😁 I definitely want to stop back for these again on our next trip!
