Disney World Style: Vacation Look Book

It's no secret that I love dressing up for Disney World.  Planning a stylish wardrobe for the parks and resorts is half the fun of anticipating the next trip!

The new Disney Look Book video on my YouTube channel is full of fashion scenes from our latest Disney vacation, and I've got more details on the outfits in today's blog post. :)

First up is a dress for the Wilderness Lodge.  I found it at a local boutique; it's by RYU - a denim-y blue with white gingham and (my favorite part)... adorable bow at the keyhole on the back!

Perfect for stylish relaxing by the Wilderness Lodge's many fireplaces. :)

Disney vacation look number two takes us to the Yacht Club.  I found this ensemble on sale at a Polo Ralph Lauren outlet and immediately knew where I wanted to wear it...

The rope detail on the shirt and the flags on the flowy skirt made it perfect for the Yacht!  The shoes are pink striped Sperry top siders.

You always have to step out in style at Hollywood Studios!  LC Lauren Konrad at Kohl's had some charming dresses (with super swirly skirts!) this past spring, and I thought a pale pink frock with blossoms would be good for stopping off at the florist shop on the Streets of America.

I also fit right in on Hollywood Blvd...I love the Hollywood fab five in the shop windows near the park entrance.  Mickey, Minnie, and Daisy know about "apparel with appeal."  My green and aqua shoes are flats by Crocs.  The butterfly clip in my hair (you can see it better in the video) is from Tokyo Disney; it has a mini Tinkerbell charm on it!

Other things at Hollywood Studios worth dressing up for: Toy Story Midway Mania.  I got the Bo Peep car, and she's always dressed adorably - just look at that hoop skirt.

Luckily 3D glasses go with everything.

Last but not least, I couldn't leave out a dress for the Magic Kingdom!

Sparkly Minnie Ears are obviously a good idea with any outfit, but I especially liked them with the black and white.

With all the classic Disney tunes you hear on vacation, a musical score dress by Maison Jules (found at Macy's!) hit the perfect note.

Stormy skies rolling in...they matched my grey shoes, which were boating flats by Crocs.

Don't forget to check out the video and make sure you're subscribed to my channel!

More Disney World Style:

  1. Great post! Do you still have to go through the bag line with the small purse?

I'm sad they no longer sell that Kolh's dress...I unfortunately miss some great stuff by choosing to study overseas! But wait, when did you go to Tokyo Disney? Can you buy their merchandise online?

  2. If it's on your shoulder you do still have to go through the bag line. I've never been to Tokyo Disney, but my brother has, and he brought it back for me! :)
