One thing I love about the holidays is getting all dressed up in my December finest...
There's a new video up on my channel about winter style, and I thought I'd share some style ideas, photos, and details on here as well!
Outfit number one features a gorgeous wool jacket by Angel of the North - I found this in the sale section at Anthropologie a few years ago. I love this brand - their sweaters are beautifully tailored with such unique details.
I love the swingy shape from the front - and the embroidered flowers cascading down the back add a colorful finish!
Outfit number two! This cowl neck top is from Athleta - I've mentioned their classy swim dresses in the past. I love the color and long sleeves with thumb holes. The skirt I found at Macy's in New York, and it's my new favorite thing. It's so swishy and swirly! This look is finished off with my trusty Cambridge Uggs. They recently came out with these in a whole rainbow of new colors - love!
Outfit number three is a black Gap dress which I wore during our October Disney trip...
Disney Bounding as Witch Minnie Mouse!
This winter I've been pairing the black dress with some very funky leggings from Target - love the geometric pattern and the grey and white against the black.
Outfit number four is all about this ribboned swing skirt from Anthropologie. I had my eye on it all autumn and was so excited to find it in the sale. It's the perfect party skirt! :)
Last but not least, we can't talk winter wardrobe without a fabulous coat! ModCloth.com has such a unique selection of cold weather wear - that's where I found the Winterberry Tart coat in black. It's got a beautiful pleated skirt, slightly longer in the back than in the front for just the right amount of drama!
What are your winter wardrobe favorites this year?
