A Beauty & the Beast Christmas in New Fantasyland

New Fantasyland gives Disney plenty of new opportunities for new festive decor at the holidays, and I'm happy to say they've got some really cute Christmas pixie dust going on here - inspired by Beauty & the Beast!

The rooms of the Beast's Castle at Be Our Guest Restaurant are gorgeous at any time of year, but come December they are decked to the hilt!

You'll find trees and garlands in the castle and in Bonjour Village Gifts too - love the bouquet of sparkling white poinsettias on the table.

Gaston merchandise is framed by evergreens and red ribbons!

Plenty of potential presents also line the walls. ;)  I've been searching for the new Chip mug, and guess what my brother just brought home as an early Christmas present?

Best surprise ever!  This little guy has been hard to find - they were all out at Bonjour Village Gifts, the Emporium, and even World of Disney.  My brother found him at the Pantry at Downtown Disney (behind Earl of Sandwich).  Thank you, Aramis!

It's probably the snowy scene from "Something There," but I love Beauty and the Beast at this time of year.

The village looks charming...

...but the best decorations are in the castle at Be Our Guest...

There's a giant tree in the ballroom, and the ornaments are a home run.

They're stained-glass designs of Mrs. Potts, Chip, Lumiere, and Cogsworth!

The mini chandeliers and candles on the tree add the finishing perfect touch - I bet Lumiere had a hand in planning these ornaments!

Giant swags and wreaths hang on the ballroom walls...

Those character ornaments aren't only on the tree - they're hidden here as well!

One last favorite holiday touch - the tree topper.  If you've seen Beauty and the Beast: An Enchanted Christmas (I know - the sequels are never as good, but I'd watch this one just for Belle's gorgeous red velvet holiday gown), you'll recognize that angel from the story.  Love that they included her!

Which is your favorite Disney World holiday decor?  Find more photos here.

  1. They should totally make a smaller set of those stained glass ornaments! They are adorable!

Hi I am working on stained glass windows for the castle of a hs production of Beauty and the Beast. Do you have anymore pics of the ornaments? I'd love to try and incorporate them in a window.

  3. Does anyone know if you can purchase the tree topper anywhere?
